Is the item in stock?

Yes - this item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Does the price shown include VAT and FREE delivery?

Members of the Public: Yes - all prices shown on the website include UK VAT @ 20% (where applicable) and FREE delivery to all UK addresses. It will take up to 7 working days to deliver your order.

66fit Plus Customers: No - all prices shown on the website include UK VAT @ 20% (where applicable) however your delivery charge is based on the overall weight of products placed in your shopping basket. Your delivery charge information is clearly shown in your basket.

Orders outside of the UK incur additional delivery charges and delivery time scale. Please view the 'Delivery' tab on each product page for full details.

Can I upgrade to a faster delivery service? (UK Mainland Only)

Members of the Public: Yes - For an additional £4.50, all orders received before 2.00pm (Mon - Fri), will be dispatched by courier and will be delivered the next working day (UK Mainland Only). If you order multiple items, you will still only be charged £4.50. You can select the 'Premier Next Working Day' service at the checkout. Please ensure you provide an address where someone can sign for the order.


66fit Plus Customers: No - all orders placed before 2.00pm (Mon - Thurs) by 66fit Plus customers will be processed immediately and dispatched the same working day.

Is it cheaper to place my order online?

Members of the Public: Yes - by simpy registering and ordering with us - you will be able to obtain instant on-line discounts/offers that are available. Please note - we cannot offer any discounts that are available via orders placed over the telephone.

66fit Plus Customers: Yes - if you are a registered 66fit Plus customer, we are able to offer substantial discounts when ordering on-line. You will be re-directed to our 66fit Plus only website and will also be able to access specialist equipment designed for your needs.

Do you give medical advice?

As a company we are more than happy to help our customers as much as we can.

PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot offer any medical advice as we are not medically trained. If you have been recommended to purchase a product for a medical condition, please consult your Therapist before placing your order.

Can I have an order sent to an alternative address to the billing address?

Yes - when you enter the checkout area, and you enter your invoice/billing address details there is a box that you can tick. Tick the box it will open up another area where you can enter the delivery address of where you wish the parcel to be delivered too.

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries of orders will include a copy of the invoice. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order, to ensure someone is available to take charge of the item at the delivery address and that they have been informed of it's dispatch/delivery date. 

What happens if I want to exchange/return an item I have purchased?

If the item is returned to us unopened and in a re-sellable condition within 30 days of invoice, we would be more than happy to either offer you a refund on the purchase price or exchange the product for you. I'm a 66fit Plus customer - can I have a credit account?

No - As a company we can ONLY accept payment by Credit or Debit Card. Unfortunately credit accounts are unavailable.
